Energy infrastructure development
The ground for
what comes next.
Envik develops sites for data centers and for high-power charging across the Nordic countries, bringing land, power and permits together into a project ready for construction.
What Envik develops
Two verticals.
One method.
Envik is a Nordic energy infrastructure developer, working in two verticals for Europe’s leading operators: data center sites and supercharging sites.
Each data center position is bought and carried on Envik’s own balance sheet, ahead of any buyer, and runs to the point where an operator can begin construction. The charging work came first: Envik ran charging sites as an operator before it developed them for others, so it has been the customer of the process it now runs.
The portfolio
Where power meets demand.
Capacity in the north, where the grid still has room to give it, and positions in the south, where the demand is and every connection is contested. The site below is ready to build.

What Envik brings together
Every workstream,
one contract.
Envik runs six workstreams on every data center site and holds all six in one contract. None is run in isolation: a grid answer changes the layout and a consent condition changes the earthworks, so each is run against the whole project.
Land origination
Land is screened against grid capacity, fiber routes, ground conditions and municipal planning intent before it is acquired.

Zoning, environmental consents and impact assessment, taken to legally final decisions before handover, with the plan written so a building permit can follow the buyer’s own design.

Physically diverse fiber routes, with route distances and the carriers’ latency figures to the Nordic and continental exchanges.

Long-term responsibility
The site is part of a bigger place.
Energy, water, nature and the surrounding community shape a project from the outset.
Envik considers power supply, heat recovery, cooling and land use during development, while the choices that influence long-term impact are still open.
